The God or Gods that helped establish life on this earth millions of years ago came to our solar system and saw that there were many aspects around the planets that were good and that could support life. They were responsible for planting the seeds of life on the world known as earth around 540 million years ago. 

At this point, they wanted to see the direction that life would take and left, leaving life to take its natural course and either survive on its own, or die on its own like so many other worlds before it. 

After about 100 million years, the God or Gods returned to see what course life had taken on the Earth. Seeing that most life hadn’t left single cell, they forced the first major extinction. They then helped guide the remaining life to continue to evolve and grow and left again, leaving life to once more take its natural course for a time. 

Again after another hundred million years, the God or Gods returned to once more inspect the progress of life on the Earth. Seeing that most life still remained in the tropical waters of the world, they once again forced a mass extinction in hopes of guiding life to the next stage of evolution. 

When they returned the next time, some forty million years later, the great and powerful monsters began to take shape. The dominant forces on land and on sea were uncontrollable. They consumed everything they could find and the laws of survival reigned, but no intelligent life had formed. This is when they saw the need for the largest mass extinction event that the earth would ever face killing over 95% of all life on earth. They then left letting nature take its course once more. This is what allowed the dinosaurs to flourish for a time. 

After another forty million years, they returned again and the dinosaur's still roamed the land even though many of the great monsters were wiped out. They then forced another major extinction and left for their longest period of over 150 million years. 

At around 65 million years ago, they came back. Seeing many of the great dinosaurs had evolved and still roamed both land and seas. They forced the last known major extinction that led to the dawn of a new age. They knew with this extinction that life would then take a direct course towards intelligent life.

Our story begins around 155 thousand years ago when the great God(s) returned. By this time modern man had taken great leaps forward and they blessed them with speech in one their lesser languages. From this language all other languages of the world evolved. They gave them knowledge, planted the first known tree of life which would kill anyone that was unworthy that ate of its fruit. (This was literally everyone.) They also blessed many great men and women with power and ability that would thrust mankind forward along their evolutionary path. They then left promising to return when the time was right and they would either welcome them to the realm of Gods or destroy them as a failed experiment.
